Foreign user

You are a foreign user without registration in Belgium and want to request plans in Flanders via the KLIP platform.

To do so, you must be able to log in to the Access and User Management System Flanders, also known as ACM/IDM or “Gebruikersbeheer Vlaanderen”. This security platform requires two-step authentication and a personal Belgian national identification number, even if you are an EU citizen.

For foreign users, access is provided via eIDAS.
