CSAM (only available until 01/01/2026)

This method won’t be available anymore from 1st January 2026 on.

Access via eIDAS not available for all nationalities

Individuals with, for example, Bulgarian or British nationality cannot log in via eIDAS.

In that case, you are required to obtain a Belgian national identification number by visiting a local registration office in Belgium.

Once you have an official registration in Belgium, you can be linked to an organisation.

CSAM user name and password key

Alternatively, you can use the CSAM user name and password key. You can register for the CSAM user name and password key here.

Be aware: if you use this authentication method, you cannot be linked to an organisation. This means you won’t be able to:

  • View map requests made by colleagues

  • Receive invoices in the name of a company
