Individuals with French or British nationality will not be able to log in via eIDAS.

You will be obliged to obtain a Belgian national idenfitication number physically in Belgium at one of our local registration offices. You may find more information on this topic, on this webpage of the Belgian Federal Government.

With an official registration in Belgium, you can be linked to an organisation. Just follow the instructions above (in the paragraph "I have successfully logged into eIDAS. What do I have to do next?").

CSAM user name and password key

Alternatively, you can use the CSAM user name and password key.

Beware: when you use this way of authentication, you can't be linked to an organisation. So you can't see the map requests of your colleagues, nor get invoices for a company.
